Betwe is developed by Betwe Team (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the application, particularly when you submit images to receive clothing care and organization suggestions.
Our approach is simple:
we process only what is necessary to deliver the feature you request, and we avoid collecting or retaining data wherever possible.
Betwe allows you to upload or capture images of clothing items. Based on these images, the app generates:

· storage and organization suggestions
This process relies entirely on the image you choose to provide. Betwe does not require account registration and does not request personal identity information.
The primary data involved in the service is the image you voluntarily upload.
· Images are submitted only when you choose to upload or capture them
· The app does not access your camera or photo library without your action
· No background collection of images occurs
To minimize data usage, Betwe is designed not to collect the following types of information:

Betwe follows a short-lived processing model:
· images exist only during the time required to generate a result
· temporary processing data is automatically deleted immediately after completion
· no permanent image storage is maintained on servers
If results are displayed within the app (such as recent outputs), they remain under your control and can be removed at any time. Deleted content cannot be recovered.
Betwe does not transmit, share, or disclose user data to any third-party services.
Specifically:
· no images are sent to external AI providers
· no user content is processed by third-party systems
· no personal data is shared, sold, or transferred
All processing takes place exclusively within Betwe’s internal infrastructure.
Because no data is shared externally, no third-party data protection agreements are required.
To maintain app performance, limited technical data may be collected, such as:

· operating system version

This information:
· is not linked to your images
· is not used to identify you
· is used solely for stability and debugging
You remain in control of your data:

· you may stop using the feature at any time

No additional action is required to delete temporary processing data.
Betwe is intended for users aged 17 years and older.
We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under this age threshold.
We apply reasonable safeguards during data transmission and processing within controlled environments. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
By uploading or capturing an image within Betwe, you provide explicit consent that:
· the image will be processed to generate clothing-related suggestions
· processing will occur only within Betwe’s internal system
· no facial or identity-related data will be extracted
· the image will not be retained beyond what is necessary to provide results
· no third-party sharing will occur
· No data is transmitted to third parties, and your consent applies solely to internal processing within Betwe.
If you do not agree with this processing, you should not use image-based features.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
Updates will be reflected by a revised effective date.
